<p>it's the 3rd time coming here. It's either they tell me that they're offline or they don't have money. What kind of a Bureau de Change is this? That never has money. As I am typing this. I've been waiting in the queue for an hour for the money to arrive. I bet when I come back tomorrow, they'll tell me the same story. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im sick of tired of this. This needs to change, it's frustrating. </p>
