A month ago I went to one of the branch of Inter Africa Bureau De Change in Durban to send money it was my first time. I feel I want taken advantage of and got ****** inside because the money that I handed to the teller doesn't match the the sent amount. I only asked for the video footage to prove my claim the regional manager told me straight he can't help me and I escalated my complain to the Head Office they told me they will get back to me after they've done their investigation till today it's complete silence even when I ask. I am very disappointed with you guys I just hope I'm the only one with the same problem.
