Brilliant service and very rare connection issues

I have received brilliant service from Intense Broadband ever since I moved to this local ISP years ago. We have not had many issues with our home or office connection but when we did (on a couple of rare occasion), the issues were resolved immediately.

This contract is far from what I was used to in the past with big corporate suppliers where you spend hours trying to get through to agent, tickets get passed on to another team, then escalated until you finally get a response after days and days. The issue might eventually get resolved if you are extremely lucky but the customer experience is never pleasant with these "ISP market leaders".

Intense Broadband answers calls and replies to messages very quickly and get on top of the issues in a blink of an eye. I would never consider moving my contracts elsewhere.
