Worst Service Ever

<p>This is one company i suggest that no one should ever take a contact from, I clearly called them twice to confirm the phone i wanted however when i spoke to them 1st the agent was extremely rude to me and could not tell me how long my phone would take, i spoke to a manager that confirmed the phone i would get and even the colour, Today morning guess what is delivered, A Vodacom Power tablet and not my phone, Please can this company call me urgently.
