Worst Service and Inconvenience by Intellcell company

I took a phone contract with this company, submitted my bank statements showing the date of my salary every month is 29th, arranged a debit order to go off on the 29th of every month, but surprisingly, for 3 months, they debited my account on the 25th and the debit orders bounced and the bank charged me for bounces as well. My bank account ruined for the past 3 months cause of these bounces. Since the 27th of May I have been asking them to change the debit order to 29th but no one is willing to help me on this matter. When I enquire why no one is helping me they tell me they contacted me and no one is answering the phone.

No matter what situation you are in, never accept any product from Intellicell. Worst service ever. Again today I sent them a WhatsApp message at 12pm for help, now it is 15h25 and nothing is happening.

Yoooh I am sick and tired of this Intellicell company. I will never ever use their services in my life.
