Worst service and *********** agents

I have trying to terminate the contract with them and I have been transferred to different agents and they will hung up the call. I am receiving sms that I must call them back,when I do call they will drop the call. My contract is ending on the 04th of January 2025 but the accounts department is not reliable. I received an sms that I must call Vuyiswa,when I returned the call was told she is on lunch prior was told she is busy. The agent I spoke to send will do so and drop the call
