Worst customer service ever

<p>Today on 07/09/2016 @ 14:02 i called the intellicell customer service to cancel a contract i got offered the lady i spoke to Liziwe Nzuma on 06/09/2016 about a potencial contract however i was not at all interested in any of the handsets thy had in stock i questioned the cancellation process during our conversation and she advised i can cancell at anytime between 3-4 days but ist best if i do so before i sent any bank statements. so i called back to do just that cancel and the service i received was horrid i called customer service option 3 and the lady i spoke to was so rude she told me to call again and select option 2 for sales and i did a lady called Primrose according to Liziwe her full name is Primrose Lagxeka not sure if it is her real name since they were reluctant to provide the information, answered the call and i requested her assistance to cancell the unfinalised contract she told me the request was sent through i asked if they will send confirmation once it has been cancelled a call or sms she said no they dont do that at all they cancel and thats it i asked if she could help my request while i was on the line so she can confirm if it has been done thats whenhe she was being very condescending calling me everything besides my name and tole me i am a consultant just as she is i must take her word and just basically calm down after going back and forth for a while she decided to call liziwe the lady i spoke to yesterday whom tried to be polite however were making fun with Primrose while claming to help and confirmed it was cancelled but when i asjked her ro confirm again she said it will be cancelled the story had now changed, again i asked for her manager whom conveniently was not available and asked for his details and reluctantly got the name David Tlako/Tlato not sure if it is correct cause they dont seem tp have intergrity in they work and business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assit me with canceling this contract i dont want anything to do with intellicell or care for there services its obvious they ********* and i seen all the complaints even if the contract is not finalised i dont trust them or my information they have please HELP!</p>
