WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had the worst customer service with this company they are ****mers , and fooling people as if i have time to play , I have requested 2phones with airtime not data they gave me phones with data instead, I requested sim cards with airtime an Agent Nomfundo told me to buy 2sim cards for a sim swap so i did for the past 2weeks i have been waiting for a sim swap now they are telling me to go to Vodacom and buy a contract sim card after telling me the sim swap will be done in 48hrs. TAKE YOUR PHONES BACK AND GIVE ME MY MONEY .
