WORSE CELLPHONE COMPANY EVER

This company is not fair to their consumers, after buying cellphone with them, you won't be able to get hold of them, no 1 you don't get statements as to how much have you paid and how much you still owe, the worse part, i have two Sim cards thar are contract Sims, and i lost them, i don't know what to do, tried everything to get hold of them but nothing is working, i called,facebooked and emailed them but they don't respond. I just wonder if this company its legally operating
