WARNING, NEVER TAKE OUT A CONTACT WITH INTELLICELL!!!!!!!

I have NEVER and will NEVER deal with this company again! I warn everyone wanting a contract from this company not to do so because you will burden yourself. I have a contract with Intellicell and every time I have a problem, I have to go to extremes to get proper assistance. I am one month late and my phone is locked. I made an arrangement with a extremely obnoxious Chardenay. This lady must be sent out to pasture as she has no clue of her job and she is extremely rude. My phone is locked and I cannot access anything including my client contact numbers and banking facilities. I explained my situation and asked that atleast the phone be reconnected. This is ******* as I was never told that if you miss one month payment then you are without a phone. I explained to the lady but she was having none of it instead telling me where to get off, is this how you treat your customers?
