VERY BAD SERVICE..AND THE LIE

Hi...I'm Donaldo Petersen..I app**** for a phone at this place...I got approved 1 month ago...the lady how gave me the Good news told me that the phone will be delivered to my work address in 7 days..it's now a month ago and a debit order has been deducted 2 days ago from my salary... but I'm still waiting for my phone...is this right..I don't think so
