Very bad service

All their contract phones are locked. You cannot reset it at all. I upgraded my contract and got a second phone. Just to find out even if you pay off you phones they still have control over the phones. I cannot reset my first phone. I cannot even use another sim on that phone. Please never take out contracts by them because after the contract is paid off they still have control over it.
