unsatisfied service

I did an upgrade for a new phone but im waiting more than 2months now fir my upgrade to be delivered now as a surprise i found out my account is in arrears but my debit orders went off every month

There is no way that my account can be in arrears

please i need my new upgrade been diapatch otherwise im going to cancel all deals with intellicell
