Unprofessional Beyond

Intellicell CANNOT get their admin right!!! SOMEBODY decided to add my delivery address as my work address instead of home address. I have calls them atleast 6 times in a space of 2 days to correct this, they tell me its done but when the couriers call they yet again confirm my work address!!! How difficult is it to get an address correct??? The consultants are rude and don't listen to a client, instead they speak over you and shrug you to the side. A complete week dealing with this drama, so unprofessional!!! Since when is it the clients job to do their admin for them??
