Unprofessional and *****ulent

This cellphone company is a **** they deal with customers *****ulently, an agent by the name of lungelo called me to offer me a cellphone contract only for him to mislead me, he told me he's calling from vodacom yet I just discovered that this company doesn't work with vodacom in anyway, I have Contacted vodacom to ask questions but vodacom said they investigate the matter further as intellicell doesn't work with them. Upon application this person told me I qualify and I should accept the debit mandate soon as accepted suddenly I receive a message to provide my bank statements and payslip for verification, the verification happens after I accepted a debit mandate that's *****ulent from the start, then after the date agreed upon isn't the same one on the debit mandate. I sent an email about these discrepancies yesterday then this morning I received a message saying the application is approved but the product will be shipped after an initial fee is paid. This entire information is new no one told me before hand about all this information not even the unprofessional sales agent said anything in this regard.

These people are ****mers who use names of service providers that are legit and prey on people to de***** them.
