Unpleasant service and agents are of no help

Awful disgusting service, I will not recommend that anyone takes this phone contact as they service is very very very bad. My phone is giving me issues as I can not use my wifi reason being I need to have data on my Sim in order for THEM to sort it out today is the 6th day no joy. I've been calling in numerous times sending in WhatsApp msg for assistance they agents are rude they keep dropping calls saying they going to call back but nothing I even put my data twice asking if they could please assist still nothing. Its really disgusting of the service they offer. I will not recommend this to anyone, infact I made the biggest mistake
