Unhappy with with their CCD Courier too

Still waiting for cellphone delivery for 3 weeks,they told me they use only CCD couriers ,the courier company calls me after every 2and day to inform me they want to confirm delivery address,even now no delivery from CCD couriers,firstly they told me they deliver Monday n Wednesday only,everytime they call me ,they change the dates
