Unhappy client

I have been billed but my number has been given to Ryno whom I don't know. Even my data I didn't get , when I sent them messages they telling me they will ask Vodacom. Like how the hell can you Bill someone then you don't know what's is going on their account and saying you going to ask someone else about your service. They will never call you back
