unhappy client

in my opinion, they just **** people. I app**** for a double deal by them which I was suppose to receive last Friday already, everything was confirmed and money was deducted. But like they say unfortunately they cannot deliver today after it was already confirmed for 20 December. I called and they told me my package will be delivered on Tuesday. Actually to get to the point I cancelled my application now they dont want to refund me because I have to wait

Their service is seriously up to **** and the Courier services that they make use of...A total waste of time
