UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE

I app**** for a cellphone contract from Intellicell considering the fact that as per their website, under FAQ number 11, have stated that the prospective clients are allowed to use their existing Sim cards. On the delivery day the courier company told me I am not allowed to use my existing Sim card. I decided to cancel my contract based on unfair business practice by Intellicell. Despite my valid cancelation the company is debiting my bank account for the cellphone they have collected from me unopened. All my endless calls to Intellicell were fruitless as their consultants (one of them called Ben) keep promising to call me back but never called.
