Unauthorized debit!!!!!!!!!!!!

My brother filled in an application and did not agree to a contract yet you decided to debit his account. He used my number on the application and I keep getting sms’s that he needs to send his bank statements for approval, so how can you debit his account when he did not agree anything? Please rectify this, contact me and refund him. The number he used on his application is ***. This is absolutely unacceptable, you cannot keep preying on people and debiting their accounts for no reason, my brother was ******, his phone ****** and beaten and needed a phone desperately and app**** for a phone with your pathetic company!
