Unauthorised Debit Order after contract cancllation intellicell

I am extremely dissatisfied with intellicell conduct regarding repeating unauthorised debit orders on my bank account . i formally informed intellicell that i am not renewing my contract and explicity instruted them to stop all debits orders on my account. despite this, intellicell has debited my account for the second time without my consent , this is unacceptable and constitutes unathourised deductions from my account . i have comp**** with my obligations by providing notice of cancellation , yet intellicell continues to disregard my instructions.
