I was contacted by Intellicell Cellular an was offered an A12 Samsung Phone however i was told that 300 will get deducted for once of admin fee i was ok with that upon finding out how long my pacakage will take i was told that phone is not available and its discontinued when asked why was i not told and can i have the agent to call me back, no one contacted me i requested for my refund as the phone that they wanted to give me was not what i wanted i signed up for a A12 and they wanted to give me another cheap brand it has been over a month that my refund has not been into my account today when i find out they send me a message stating my package is on its way after my application has been cancelled when i requested for my refund. Intellicell is not the company to deal with they deduct your money and then tell you the phone is not availabe.
