Title: Unfair Extra Payments Taken & No Assistance from Intelicel Intelicell took one debit order from my account, but then also processed two separate easypay within just two days. This means a total of three payments were deducted. When I tried to query this with the accounts department, my calls were repeatedly dropped with no proper assistance. This is unacceptable and feels like I am being taken advantage of. I demand an urgent explanation and a refund of the extra payments. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the complaint to my bank, the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud, and the National Consumer Commission.
