THIS PEOPLE ARE ******

I did a cellphone application with them,then decided to cancel the application as i no longer needed the phone i ask the consultant if my account will be debit she told me no as i cancelled my application,i had a look at my account this morning and saw R149.00 debited that amount was only to be debited once i received the device for them to activated the sim card,when i called in this morning the consultant tells me that R149.00 is a application fee and is not refundable,surely then can go back and listen to the conversation i had with the consultant
