Theft from my bank account

This company is *****ing money out of my bank account without my permission. The bank (Capitec) is unable to help as the debit order is a debicheck which they say they can NOT change or stop , however they are unable to provide my authorization for the mandate to take place. they continuously deducting R250 and R350 twice monthly and contact with intellicell is not working.
