The worst service ever, I will take this further if no response is given

We bought a phone from them and first of all they were late with the delivery, then they charged us twice on which we had to fight first to get it paid back. Now the phone has a problem on which only they can do so when phoning the client service we got a lady Desiree, man she must be the rudist, arrogant, unhelpful person that we have ever heard on client service and best yet she does not give you a chance to explain and she puts the phone down in your ear, so you can try phoning again, client service refuses to answer....so be very careful doing business with these people. I will share this on my Facebook within 5 days to over 5000 people and I will not stop there. Something has to change, you can not treat your own customers with such arrogance and rudeness.
