THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!

This is the most horrible company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They're extremely unprofessional, have rude staff and clearly dont care about the people that they do business with, irrespective of the circumstance you might find yourself during this Covid-19 pandemic.

I am unemployed due to retrenchment and this company decided to take the little bit of money I had left, after I had contacted them and made arrangements pertaining to payment. It was easy for them to take the money but getting my money back has proven to be much more than a headache. They don't make fulfill commitments they make, they don't return phone calls, agents that you speak to a blatantly rude and sarcastic and they treat you like you're making their life difficult when all you're trying to do is get your own money back they took without permission, and their response is "its our policy."

The management is no better than the agents. They blatantly lie by selling dreams of "getting matter resolved," but don't call or email like they promise.

I am beyond frustrated, and ****ed off quite frankly, as I have to put food on my table and need to keep my lights on but they seem to have no care about others' livelihoods.

I deeply regret doing business with them and would not recommend ANYONE to sign a contract with them. They're the ABSOLUTE WORST.
