Terrible service intellicell

I took out a cellphone contract for 12 months from Intellicell. When this contracted ended I had received a call to upgrade to which I did not agree to. Intellicell has still being deducting my full monthly subscription. I have tried to query this with them however they only refunded me one month which was supposed to be 5 months. They just don't help us with such this and just rob people of hard earned money.
