Terrible Service

The most pathetic service from you guys, i app**** for an item and was approved on 17th June 2020 and was advised that an amount of R149.00 will be deducted from my account, which hasn't been done and i will receive an sms with regards to receiving my cellphone and i never received a single call , i call in everyday and i cant seem to get an answer from anyone. Really disappointing service.
