Terrible service

I signed up for a new contract with them and the sales agent advised the phone can be delivered to nearby mall or police station, arrangements were made for the phone to be delivered at the mall, courier company calls and says delivery needs to be at workplace and my workplace isnt safe for delivery as well as the boss doesn't allow delivery for personal use at work, contacted intellicell they said it has to be delivered at the workplace which isn't fair on us as consumers where the agent made the delivery arrangements for the nearest mall and my account was debited and now they don't want to refund my money or keep up to the promise they are ridiculous service providers will never ever recommend intellicell to anyone.
