Terrible service

I regret taking a contract with this company. I took a contract with them and I was paying it. Fast forward to this year I was unable to pay my full instalment but I was still paying half. Than this month they blocked the phone even though I paid half and they were demanding for a full instalment I told them I could only afford half for now, the lady I was dealing with said they want the full instalment
