Terrible customer service

Intellicell that sells phones on behalf of vodacom agents have denied me from speaking to a manager thrice, there agents are disrespectful, *********** and I will not recommend this company to anyone First they didn't inform me that the phone that I wanted was out of stock so I waited for a whole week without any correspondence from them if it were not for me to contact them I would not have known that, secondly I received the phone but the simcard was not activated, it's been a whole week since I got the phone that simcard is still not activated and the process for me to try and get this sorted was a nightmare, all in all they've got terrible customer service and my simcard is still activated
