I had a contract which expired in September then they deducted in October and I called them and they told me that I should have called to cancel the contract which I asked the lady who is Nombulele and she reassured me that November the will be no deduction which was no the case. Now they tell me the lady only sent my request later and the other lady said I did not pay my first instalment there are lady said it’s because I was already invoiced for November . If you deal with this company please be careful and do follow ups don’t just trust whatever they say. I am disappointed with them and will never use them again. They don’t even deserve a star
