Service delivery

I have a contract with Intellicell and my phone had a Software problem. In March the phone was collected for Software installation. Six months later i am paying for a phone that i don't have and i have called their call center a number of times still i don't have my phone. Every month my account is debited for payment of the phone that i don't have
