****med by Intellicel/ CCD couriers

HI after being a client of intellicell for years I upgrade to one of the options they gave me within 2 months to discover the device has a factory flaw were by it turns of and does not turn on again I informed their customer service they sent ccd couriers to collect the device from me to return to them and **** the device mysteriously disappeared after that. CCD couriers states they delivered to intellicel , intellicell states they received no device. When i try to query now 2 weeks later the disappearance of the device and why i should have to pay for a device that is no longer in my hands the customer service center keeps cutting the call no matter which number you chose trying to get to a manager. Nobody wants to answer for this issue and they keep saying I will transfer to collections or someone that can help and they cut the call and they end the call. Now tell is this not ******* to pay for something you do not possess?????? I am so done with this provider i would not recommend it to anyone no matter how desperate you are . They will rob you or **** you eventually as i have learned . Nobody is prepared to help !!!!
