Colleen from Intellicell that i spoke was numerous people who none of them could assist, Intellicel Telecommunications is ********** bussiness, they tell you that you have been approved for a cell phone contract and they ask you to do a debit check as soon as you do that they turn around as say your application was declined and they will still debit your account and they refuse to pay back your amount and they claim that you need to pay an administration fee of R159.00 approved or declined.....please dont go any way near this people they are ****s
