Rude staff.

I had to reverse a payment last month because it wasn't the last day of the month yet, I sent an email and ended up speaking to the company on the phone, they were rude to me, I told them that they are being rude to their client, the guy's response was that I owe them 1 month installment so I am not seen as their client. Even though I have a contract with them and always pay my installments. I wanted to make payment arrangements and this is how I was treated.
