Rude consultant and no authority of debit order

I was called by a consultant from Intellicell for sale of a cellphone since I wanted to surprise my mom on her 50yrs old birthday I accepted and I have waited for my phone since it hasn't arrived..by today the 25th of March 2021 they have debited on my account and I don't understand why...so I called in today and it took me 15 minutes to get a consultant it's fine since it's busy no problem...then a rude lady by the name of Carol answered the phone and she was soo rude on the phone and she hangs up on my ears while speaking and I wanted to find out why did they debit coz i haven't received my phone and 2nd why did Carol dropping on my ears not even have time to explain
