Rude and unhelpful
I have sent them an email in Nov I received a auto response no one ever bother to acknowledge my email. I am know I am in arrears as I was in hospital and I have stated this in my email in now asking if they don't double debit my account as I won't be able to afford it. My other payments are falling behind. I sent a follow up email last week when their constultant Nicole Herm**** very rudly says to me WELL!!! I am in arrears and at no point did I try to contact them. When they the ones never respond to my mails or call at the time I ask them. All I am saying I cannot afford to double pay you guys can you help me ? Instead of being so rude
