******* company!!!

good day this is the worst customer services ever experienced in my life especially from that woman called Fahima who has no personal s****s no communication s****s when comes too speaking too customer. I made arrangements for date payment date too be changed which they did not not run on that date they run the debit order whenever they feel like it! going on forward after making payments prefectly for a whole year i will close my account and open new one which they will never be able too debit! I do not care if they blacklist me cause already this company is bull**** because they allow customers who dont qualify for credit too take cellphones! this is ******* as well they sim card doesnt work if you check they will see i have been no use of they minutes over a year now! what a ******* company regret ever even taking phone with them! but that woman Fahima is extremely rude and dont understand how she even works with people.
