Robbing people

I am Shana Mullins I took a contract with Intellicell. I was told that I would get my phone 30th December, debit oreder also went off. I got my phone on the 6th January 2016. The features of the cellphone is not what I was told. I was told that the phone has 8 mega pixel camera and many other things which is not true. I am unhappy I priced the phone cash and its R1700 but they are charging R300 per month whick afte 24 months I will pay them r7000 for the cell phone. I will receive R50 airtime. That is not what I was told. I would like to return the cellphone and demand my r300 back. The courrier guy came with the cell phone then aparantly his machine was faulty, then another guy came on the 6th to deliver the phone. What poor service they have.
