Intecell contacted me middle of February to say I qualify for a Sony xperia xa1 ultra and my contract will cost me R359 a month. Sad to say I’m still waiting after several unknown deductions from them. They sent me a sms that they will deliver to me a Hi Sense of which was not part of the contract. I contacted them and they confirmed that I will not get a Hi Sense, on their system I am to receive Sony. Four Days later the courier company delivered the incorrect phone. The delivery guy advised me to open his plastic but not the phone so I can return it if it’s incorrect. I immediately called Intellicell who organized a courier to collect the incorrect phone and sms to deliver my phone was sent. On the 22 the phone was collected. Still I have no phone but 3 deductions of R359, R129 and R99 all from intellicell in one month were made. After disputing the two deductions I cancelled my contract and they refused to give me proof that it is cancelled. I contacted them again after trying to reverse the R359 at the bank and according the latest feedback my contract is still being processed and pending. Intellicell are ******* and rob people and Vodacom must not associate themselves with them. They refuse to cancel my contract claiming I opened the package which is untrue so they want to charge me a cancelation fee of something I never received. A mistake I spent my money and time trying to warn them against The service is bad and the agents are extremely rude and uncaring making false promises and passing the buck. Please assist me in getting my money.
