Request for refund amount R449

I requested intellicell to refund debit order that was deducted in January 2022 as contract expired in December 2021 but they told me straight that they won't refund me because their contract if you did not cancel it continues debiting funds even when contract is finished, and I am so disappointed with that decision they made as their sales consultants some of them they don't disclose that information we only get them when we enquire and all of the sudden I lost R449 where the amount does not even cover benefits they said they give me, intellicell are ******ies they don't send agreements and not disclose as well and when you have query they tell you that their staff always tells clients what is in the contract. I'm still not happy until I get my money back
