REFUSES TO UNBLOCK AN UP TO DATE PHONE

I wouldn't recommend anyone to take a contract with them, very ********* and rude consultant, I had a *****ulent deduction in my ban account which caused some of my debit order to bounce, I have 2 contract with them, I made a transfer amount of R738 (which is now up to date) I still need to R429 for the other contract which at the moment I cannot pay due to the *****ulent transaction which is under investigation. Now Intellicell refuses to open the blocked phone which is up to date with payment and not in arrears because they haven't received the amount for the laptop, how do you blocked something that is up to date? DO NOT TAKE ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM, **** COMPANY
