Refund - ***********

I had a contract for 2 years and it was paid up last month, and I was assured that there will be no deduction, yet it was deducted this month...When I phone in last week it will take 5-6 business days for the refund, which I am not happy with...I want my refund tomorrow 30/04/2025...I was assisted by Nombulelo in the accounts department...Not happy at all...Not with her, but the process that was follow...Thanks Ambrose
