REALLY DISAPOINTED WITH INTELLICELL

I app**** for a contract in September. and the admin fee was deducted. apparently some documents were still needed. The admin fee was still deducted though but fine. The worst part is that the contract I app**** for ended up running out of stalk so I requested a new one they say it takes 5 working days for it to be despatched I am in my 3rd week. I need the phone coz what's going to happen is that I will deduct the payment for the phone without me having it and that is not fair.
