Intellicell offered me a cellphone,I accepted the offer they debited the pro-rata which was R 149,when they delivered the device the receipt was written 329 will be debited on the 31st of December but no debited me on the 18th of December when I reported they are just saying sorry about that,on the sim card there is no airtime,no data.

Am not happy at I would like to return the phone back.
