Poor services

This is really poor service. My simcard was locked and after I made payment on my account I am still struggling to unblocked my simcard. After 4 days and over 15 phonecalls to their offices still no reconnecting. This really frustrate the hell out of me as I am waiting for a call for a job. This people are making fool out of me.
