i bought my Contract on the 15th of May 2020 and still now am still waiting, i have been communicating with them since and all the their agents lies to me all the time that they will investigate and no one ever came back to me and the annoying part is since my contract has been approved they keep on tellin me about stock, i had to change to an available handset as the agent advised that the samsung handset is available at the moment, whenever i calls they still telling me about stock, am very ****ed of the service they giving me as am Paying them
